Acupoint Selection Rule of Acupuncture Treatment for Post-stroke Pseudobulbar Palsy Based on Data Mining Technology
Objective:To explore acupoint selection rules for acupuncture treatment of post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy through data mining.Methods:The literature for acupuncture treatment for post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,Weipu,and PubMed were searched.Data mining was conducted using Excel,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and SPSS Statistics 25.0 to explore acupoint selection rule.Results:A total of 242 literatures were included,involving 115 acupoints with a total frequency of 1 697.The high-frequency acupoints used more than 60 times include Lianquan,Fengchi,Jinjin,Yuye,Wangu,and Yifeng.The acupoints involved meridian were the foot Shaoyang bile meridian,Ren meridian,and Du meridian.The most specific points were the intersection points.The most common acupoint combinations were Jinjin-Yuye,Fengchi-Wangu,Fengchi-Yifeng,Jinjin-Yuye,and Lianquan.In the cluster analysis,a total of 6 groups of acupoints were obtained,including Jinjin-Yuye-Wangu-Yifeng-Fengchi-Neiguan-philtrum-Sanyinjiao,Tiantu-Futu-Renying,Yamen-Fengfu-Tongli-Zhaohai-Lieque-Tianzhu,Shanglianquan-Naohu-Zusanli-Taicong-Taixi-Fenglong-Hegu-Quchi-Baihui-Yintang,Zhiqiang-Yiming,Lianquan-Jialianquan.Conclusion:Through data mining,the rule of acupoint selection for the treatment of post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy was summarized.The core acupoint prescriptions were Lianquan,Fengchi,Wangu,Yifeng,Jinjin,and Yuye.The acupoints of Zushaoyang Dan meridian and Rendu meridian were selected frequently,and more attentions were paid to the application of intersection points,which provided evidence-based basis for the clinic.
