Effects of Shufeiya Decoction on Pulmonary Hypertension
Objective:To investigate the effects of Shufeiya single decoction and combined decoction on pulmonary hypertension. Methods:Qualitative and quantitative analyses of the components of Shufeiya decoction were performed by UPLC-MS/MS to clarify the effects of Shufeiya decoction different decoction methods on monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension in rats. Results:Seven hundred and seven ingredients were detected in both Shufeiya single decoction and combined decoction, and the composition types of them were the same. The contents of 644 ingredients were not significantly different and the contents of 63 ingredients were significantly different.Compared with single decoction, the contents of 46 ingredients were significantly up-regulated and 17 ingredients were significantly down-regulated in combined decoction.Shufeiya combined decoction significantly reduced the mean pulmonary artery of pulmonary hypertension rats compared with that by single decoction, and combined decoction could significantly improved the histopathological damage of lung compared with the single decoction. Conclusion:Different decoction methods of Shufeiya decoction can affect the composition characteristics, and the combined decoction shows more significant effect on the improvement of pulmonary hypertension induced by monocrotaline in rats than that by the single decoction.
