Clinical Effect of Yiqi Fumai Formula on Premature Ventricular Beat in Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis,Phlegm and Blood Stasis Mutual Obstruction
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Fumai formula in premature ventricular beat in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis mutual obstruction.Methods:Sixty patients with premature ventricular beat hospitalized in Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method.The patients of treatment group were treated with Yiqi Fumai formula(granule)on the basis of coventional treatment,and the patients of control group were treated with granule placebo on the basis of coventional treatment.The number of premature ventricular beat,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and traditional Chinese medicine single symptom score of palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,chest oppression,chest pain,phlegm-turbidity,spontaneous sweating,appetite and digestion between two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the numbers of premature ventricular beat in the treatment group were less than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and traditional Chinese medicine single symptom scores of palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,chest oppression,chest pain,phlegm-turbidity,spontaneous sweating,poor appetite and digestion in both groups were less than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.001 or P＜0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(77.8％vs 24.0％,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Fumai formula could reduce the number of premature ventricular beat of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis mutual obstruction,and improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.
