目的:运用网状Meta分析评价中成药治疗心脏神经官能症的疗效。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普，从建库至2023年4月1日中成药治疗心脏神经官能症的随机对照试验。运用RoB2进行偏倚风险评价、Stata 17SE进行网状Meta分析。结果:共纳入48篇文献，涉及稳心颗粒、舒肝解郁胶囊、参松养心胶囊、心可舒片、养心氏片、逍遥丸、益心舒胶囊、乌灵胶囊和柏子养心丸共9种中成药。网状Meta分析结果显示:总有效率方面最佳为舒肝解郁胶囊;改善躯体化症状方面稳心颗粒最佳;改善焦虑方面心可舒片最佳;改善抑郁方面益心舒胶囊最佳。结论:现有证据表明，中成药联合西医常规治疗心脏神经官能症的疗效优于单用西医常规治疗。
Effect of Chinese Patent Medicine on Cardiac Neurosis:a Network Meta-analysis
Objective:The effect of Chinese patent medicine on cardiac neurosis was evaluated by network meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials of proprietary Chinese patent medicines for cardiac neurosis were searched from PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Database and VIP Chinese Full-text Database of Scientific and Technological Journals(VIP)from the establishment of the database to April 1,2023.RoB2 was used for bias risk assessment and Stata 17SE was used for network meta-analysis.Results:A total of 48 literatures were finally included,involving 9 kinds of Chinese patent medicines including Wenxin Granules,Shugan Jieyu Capsules,Shensong Yangxin Capsules,Xinkeshu Tablets,Yangxin Tablets,Xiaoyao Pills,Yixinshu Capsules,Wuling Capsules,and Baizi Yangxin Pills.The results of network meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of Shugan Jieyu Capsule was best one.Wenxin Granule was the best in improving somatization symptom.Xinkeshu Tablet was the best for improving anxiety.Yixinshu Capsule was the best for improving depression.Conclusion:The existing evidence show that the curative effect of Chinese patent medicine combined with conventional Western medicine for the treatment of cardiac neurosis are superior to that of conventional Western medicine alone.
