摘要
目的:对天麻钩藤饮的相关文献进行可视化分析,梳理天麻钩藤饮的研究进展与探究其前沿趋势.方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)、维普(VIP)数据库检索文献并筛选,运用CiteSpace V对从建库至2022年11月1日以来公开发表的天麻钩藤饮的相关文献进行可视化分析,包括作者、研究机构、关键词共现分析及关键词聚类分析等.结果:共纳入文献2 615篇,由来自711所机构的972位研究者发表;邢之华、冼绍祥等团队是该研究领域贡献最大的团队;天津中医药大学、南京中医药大学、中南大学湘雅医院发文量领先;图谱共生成817个关键词,研究热点包括高血压、临床疗效、眩晕等,研究前沿包括用药规律、数据挖掘、不良反应等.结论:天麻钩藤饮的相关研究近5年研究成果较多,相关研究主要围绕临床适应病症、联合治疗、药效作用机制展开.天麻钩藤饮的中医理论探讨较少,其药物成分作用机制的实验研究不足,需要开展更深层次的研究,天麻钩藤饮仍存在很大研究空间.
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the literature related to Tianma Gouteng Decoction,and to explore its frontier trend.Methods:The literature was searched and screened from CNKI,WanFang and VIP databases,and CiteSpace V was used to conduct a visual analysis of the literature related to Tianma Gouteng Decoction published since the database establishment to November 1,2022,including author,institution,keyword co-occurrence analysis and keywords cluster analysis,etc.Results:A total of 2 615 literatures were included,published by 972 researchers from 711 institutions.Xing Zhihua,Xian Shaoxiang and other teams contributed the most to this research field;Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Xiangya Hospital of Central South University led the way in the number of publications.A total of 817 keywords appenved in the Atlas,and the research hotspots included hypertension,clinical efficacy,vertigo,etc,and the research frontiers included medication rules,data mining,and adverse reactions,etc.Conclusion:ln the past 5 years,the research on Tianma Gouteng Decoction has achieved more achievements,which mainly focused on clinical adaptation to the disease,combined therapy and pharmacodynamic mechanism.The traditional Chinese medicine theory of Tianma Gouteng Decoction was rarely discussed,and the experimental study of the mechanism of action and its pharmaceutical components was insufficient,which needed to carry out farther exploration.There was still a lot of research space for Tianma Gouteng Decoction.
