Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Longshengzhi capsules for treating vertigo of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Two hundred vertigo patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The patients of control group were treated with oral sibiline for 4 weeks,and the patients of study group were treated with Longshengzhi capsules on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The cerebral hemodynamical,hemorheologic and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were observed in the two groups before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was observed.Results:The total clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(93.0％vs 85.0％,P＜0.05).After treatment,the indexes of cerebral hemodynamics and hemorheology in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the indexes of cerebral hemodynamics and hemorheology in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in both groups were less than that before treatment,and those in the study group was significantly less than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions during the study period.Conclusion:Longshengzhi capsules for treating vertigo of Qi deficiency and blood stasis could improve the clinical symptoms,which might be related to the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics and hemorheology.
