Clinical Study of Conception Vessel Moxibustion Combined with Dispelling Stasis and Promoting Regeneration Acupuncture for Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction of Phlegm Stasis Blocking Collaterals
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of conception vessec moxibustion combined with dispelling stasis and promoting regeneration acupuncture for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction of phlegm stasis blocking collaterals.Methods:Seventy-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The patients of control group were treated with conventional Western medicine and dispelling stasis and promoting regeneration acupuncture,and the patients of observation group were treated with conception vessec moxibustion on the basis of control group.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index score and mRS Score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(97.4％vs 78.9％,P＜0.05).At 3 weeks of treatment,NIHSS score of both groups was significantly less than that before treatment,and Barthel index score was significantly more than that before treatment,and NIHSS score of observation group was less than that of control group,and Barthel index score was more than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 3 months of follow-up,the better prognosis rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(94.7％vs 81.6％,P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Conception vessec moxibustion combined with dispelling stasis and promoting regeneration acupuncture for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction of phlegm stasis blocking collaterals coula improve the neurological function,daily life ability,and prognosis,with better safety.
