Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tiaopi Huxin Formula for the treatment of stable coronary heart disease and its effect on heart rate variability(HRV).Methods:A total of 60 patients with stable coronary heart disease,who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to April 2024,were selected.According to their admission time,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated with conventional western medicine and oral administration of Tiaopi Huxin Formula,and the patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack,HRV related indexes,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.86％,P＜0.05).After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris attacks reduced,and the duration was shortened to varying degrees,the improvement in the that in observation group was significantly more significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the HRV related indexes of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the that in observation group increased more significantly(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Tiaopi Huxin Formula can relieve symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with stable coronary heart disease,improve HRV indexes,and with better safety.
