Meta-analysis of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection Combined with Conventional Antihypertensive Drugs for the Treatment of Gestational Hypertension
Objective:To assess the safety of salvia miltiorrhiza injection-assisted antihypertensive drugs for treating gestational hypertension and its impact on pregnancy outcomes. Methods:Chinese and English databases, including WanFang Database,CNKI,VIP,PubMed,EMbase, and the Cochrane Library, etc were searched.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with antihypertensive drugs for the treatment of gestational hypertension were screened and sorted out.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3.1 software.1.Results:A total of 13 RCTs were included. The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the clinical efficacy(RR=1.24,95%CI 1.17-1.31,P<0.000 01),systolic blood pressure(MD=-11.61,95%CI-14.67--8.56,P<0.000 01),diastolic blood pressure(MD=-7.48,95%CI-9.31--5.56,P<0.000 01),fetal distress(RR=0.25,95%CI 0.15-0.43,P<0.000 01),postpartum hemorrhage(RR=0.32,95%CI 0.20-0.51,P<0.000 01),cesarean section rate(RR=0.56,95%CI 0.46-0.69,P<0.000 01),preterm birth rate(RR=0.44,95%CI 0.24-0.80,P=0.007)in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can assist antihypertensive drugs to obtain more ideal target blood pressure, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and enhance the safety and effectiveness of clinical promotion.
