The Mechanism of Medication Rules and Core Prescription in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Essential Hypertension by Professor Ma Xiaochang Based on Data Mining and Network Pharmacology
Objective:To explore the medication rules of Professor Ma Xiaochang for the treatment of essential hypertension by data mining and network pharmacology. Methods:Traditional Chinese medicine prescription data of essential hypertension patients were collected. The natures and flavors normalization and frequency of use of the included drugs were analyzed by the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V3.0 system, and the core prescriptions were screened.Network pharmacology was used to analyze the protein-protein interaction network, pathway and related targets of the core prescriptions. Results:A total of 323 prescriptions were obtained by data mining, involving 157 Chinese herbs. The top 6 popular Chinese herbs included Pueraria lobata,Citrus reticulata,Artemisia capillaris,Poria cocos,Pinellia ternata, and Atractylodes macrocephala. There were 102 common targets of drug-disease,and 57 high frequency drugs such as cetin, quercetin and naringin. The main targets of drugs included interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor,serine/threonine kinase,interleukin-1β. The signaling pathways involved fluid shear stress, lipid and atherosclerotic pathways. Conclusion:The drug characteristics of Professor Ma Xiaochang for the treatment of essential hypertension related the multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway of the core formula.
