目的:通过文献计量学方法分析自噬在心力衰竭领域的知识结构和研究热点，以期为今后的研究提供参考。方法:在Web of Science(WOS)数据库中检索2013-2023年有关自噬在心力衰竭领域研究的相关文献。采用VOSviewer、CiteSpace和R包"bibliometrix"工具进行了文献计量分析。结果:收集了以中国和美国为主的32个国家，共1315篇文章。自噬在心力衰竭领域的研究文献数量呈逐年增长趋势。其中，复旦大学、第四军医大学、武汉大学和南京医科大学是主要的研究机构。Journal of Molecular and Cellular Cardiology是该领域最受欢迎的期刊，Circulation Research是共被引次数最多的期刊。这些文献共涉及7874位作者，其中，发表论文最多的前5位作者是Ren J、Sadoshima J、Ge J、Wang X和Zhang Y;被引次数最多作者是Sciarretta S。该领域的主要研究课题是自噬在心力衰竭发病机制和治疗策略中的作用。"细胞凋亡(apoptosis)""线粒体(mitochondria)""氧化应激(oxidative stress)""铁死亡(ferroptosis)""钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂(SGLT2 inhibitors)"是研究的主要关键词。结论:近10年来，自噬在心力衰竭领域的研究呈上升趋势，研究热点主要集中于自噬在心力衰竭发病机制和治疗潜力。
Hotspots and Trends of Autophagy in Heart Failure Research Based on Bibliometric Analysis
Objective:To observe the knowledge structure and research hotspots of autophagy in the heart failure using bibliometric methods,in order to provide reference for future research.Methods:Literatures of autophagy in heart failure from 2013 to 2023 were retrieved from Web of Science(WOS) database.The bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer,CiteSpace and R package"bibliometrix".Results:A total of 1315 literatures were collected from 32 countries,mainly China and the United States.The number of literatures on autophagy heart failure had been increasing year by year. Among them,Fudan University,the Fourth Military Medical University,Wuhan University and Nanjing Medical University were the main research institutions.Journal of Molecular and Cellular Cardiology was the most popular journal in the field,and Circulation Research was the most co-cited journal.A total of 7874 authors were involved in these literatures,the top 5 authors with the most published literatures were Ren J,Sadoshima J,Ge J,Wang X and Zhang Y. The most cited author was Sciarretta S. The main research topics in this field were the roles of autophagy in the pathogenesis and treatment strategies of heart failure."apoptosis""mitochondria""oxidative stress""ferroptosis""sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors(SGLT2 inhibitors)" were the main key word in the study.Conclusion:In recent 10 years,the research on autophagy in the field of heart failure showed an upward trend,and the research hotspots mainly focused on the pathogenesis and therapeutic potential of autophagy in heart failure.
