Medication Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Masters for Treating Heart Failure Based on Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform
Objective:To explore the rules of prescription medication for treating heart failure by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) masters.Methods:The clinical experience of all TCM masters for the treatment of heart failure was collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Database and Ancient and Modern Medical Cloud Platform.The prescription database was established. The frequency statistics,association analysis,complex network analysis,cluster analysis and other methods of "Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform V2.3.6" were used for data mining. Results:The complete medical cases of 37 TCM masters were retrieved,and 195 prescriptions were included,including classic prescriptions and self-prepared prescriptions.There were 312 TCM medicines and 21 TCM drugs with frequency ≥40 times,the top 5 were Astragali Radix,Poria,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Ophiopogon Japonicus,and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma.The four properties were mainly warm and flat,the five tastes were mainly sweet,pungent and bitter,and the attributive channel were lung,spleen,heart,and liver.Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi,disinhibiting water,nourishing Yin and supplementing blood,warming Yang and promoting Qi were the most frequent drugs.Twenty-six groups of common drug pairs were excavated,and 4 combinations of drug were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion:The basic pathogenesis of heart failure are deficiency and superficiality.The clinical treatment of benefiting Qi and warming Yang,nourishing Yin and supplementing blood are applied clinically to treat deficiency with the highest frequency,while drugs of activating blood and removing blood stasis,inhibiting water were applied to treat excess in superficiality.Different TCM masters have unique clinical experience for treating heart failure,some masters focus on correlation of five vicera,holistic treatment based on syndrome differentiation;some masters focus on the primary disease and staging diagnosis and treatment;some masters focus on deficiency,stasis and water retention,strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens;some masters focus on innovation in theories,flexible differentiation treatment.
