The Development of Diagnostic Scale for Coronary Microvascular Disease with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Based on the Delphi Method
Objective:To develop a diagnostic scale for coronary microvascular disease(CMVD) related to Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:Based on the Delphi method,the previous relevant literature and clinical cases of CMVD,were collected,the data of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom was extracted,the low-frequency items were removed to forme an item pool containing 98 symptoms,and an expert questionnaire scale with expert opinions was developed. Results:After two rounds of expert opinion collection,21 symptoms were finally selected,including 3 typical symptoms:chest tightness,chest pain,and palpitations.Eight symptoms closely related to Qi stagnation syndrome:Qixing Jueshu,better breathing,flank and rib pain,morbidity and related-emotion,irritability,depression,anxiety,and tensive pulse.Ten symptoms associated with blood stasis syndrome:stabbing heart,back pain,dull complexion,bruising of the lip nails,tortuous veins under the tongue,bruising of the veins at the bottom of the tongue,ecchymosis and petechiae on the tongue,pale or light purple tongue,purple and dark tongue,and astringent pulse. Conclusion:The TCM syndrome elements diagnostic scale about Qi stagnation and blood stasis of CMVD includes 21 symptoms,and can provide a reference for the standardization of TCM syndrome research.
