Research on Rules of Prescription of Dyslipidemia Based on Data Mining
Objective:To probe the experience of experts in treating dyslipidemia in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and establish a database of dyslipidemia,and to explore the rules of diagnosis and prescription of experts for treating dyslipidemia.Methods:CNKI,WanFang,VIP,and China Biology Medicine Disc were searched for the literatures of the treatment of dyslipidemia by renowned physicians and famous physicians from the establishment of the database to February 2024.A database was established that included information of syndromes,therapies,prescriptions in TCM,and the Ancient and Modern Medical Cases Cloud Platform V2.3.5 was used to analyze the syndrome type,treatment method,frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,nature,taste,and meridian tropism,and association rules. Results:Dyslipidemia was mainly classified into syndromes including sputum congestion and blood stasis,disharmony of liver and spleen,obstruction of sputum,deficiency of spleen and sputum congestion,and deficiency of liver and kidney. Spleen,liver,and kidney were mainly affected.Sputum congestion,blood stasis,and deficiency of Qi were main contributing factors. Therapies included expectoration of phlegm and removal of blood stasis,and tonification of the spleen and revitalisation of Qi.Two hundred and thirty herbs were involved in this study,with a total frequency of 1405.Twelve herbs were used with a frequency beyond≥20％,including Zexie,Shanzha,Fuling,Baizhu,Danshen,Chenpi,Juemingzi,Yujin,Chuanxiong,Heye,Huangqi,and Chaihu.The most commonly used drugs were blood-activating and blood-stasis removing drugs,water-promoting and detumescence drugs,and invigorating Qi drugs.Most of the properties were warm. The flavor of the medicine was sweet,bitter,and spicy. The rules of association analysis showed six high-frequency combinations including:Shanzha-Zexie,Fuling-Zexie,Baizhu-Fuling,Baizhu-Zexie,Juemingzi-Zexie,and Danshen-Zexie.Conclusion:Famous physicians and experts believe that the pathogenesis of dyslipidemia is a mixture of asthenia and sthenia,with spleen deficiency as the basis and phlegm and blood stasis as the symptoms.Key point of the treatment is to "dispel phlegm and eliminate blood stasis,tonify the spleen and benefit the Qi".Tonification and undermining are simultaneously applied to treat the symptoms and the basis at the same time.
