Visual Analysis of Blood Stasis Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on CiteSpace
Objective:To visualize the current status and hot spots of Chinese medicine for the treatment of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease in China in the past 30 years,and to provide reference for clinical application and basic research.Methods:The research literatures of the treatment of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease by traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,1992 to February 15,2023 were retrieved from China Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang database,Weipu database,and CNKI database.NoteExpress,Excel,and CiteSpace were used to visually analyze the number of publications,researchers,institutions,and keywords.Results:A total of 4339 papers were included,and the number of papers published by Wang Jie was the highest researcher(23). Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most articles(215)."Qi deficiency and blood stasis" "Qi stagnation and blood stasis" "clinical research"were the high-frequency keywords in the clustering.The emergence of keywords such as "quality of life" and "heart function" continued to used this day.Conclusion:The research hot spots focused on Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,hemorheology,heart function,quality of life,and dual heart medical model.
