The Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treatment of Early Renal Damage of Primary Hypertension Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform
Objective:The data mining technology was used to explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for the treatment of early renal damage of primary hypertension. Method:The clinical research on the treatment of early renal damage by TCM in essential hypertension was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases,and the composition data of TCM prescriptions were collected and extracted,the TCMICS V3.0 software was used to conduct frequency statistical analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis,and summarize the core prescriptions.Results:A total of 205 prescriptions were included,including 10 TCM syndrome types.The most common syndrome types were liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency with blood stasis syndrome,kidney qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome.A total of 155 TCM were involved,and the main efficacy was to invigorate deficiency,promote blood circulation,and remove blood stasis.Most of them related to liver and kidney meridians.The drug properties were mainly cold,warm and flat. The medicine tastes were sweet,bitter,and spicy. Achyranthes bidentata was used most frequently,followed by Astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Cornus officinalis,Alisma orientalis,Poria cocos,Chinese yam,etc;Common drug pairs were as follows:Cornus officinalis-Alisma orientalis,Astragalus-Salvia miltiorrhiza,Alisma orientalis-Cortex Moutan,Alisma orientalis-Chinese yam,Chinese yam-Cortex Moutan.The association rules showed that the Liuwei Dihuang pill,which was composed of Chinese yam,cornus officinalis,prepared rehmannia,poria cocos,peony bark,alismatis,astragalus,salvia miltiorrhiza,gastrodia elata,eucommia ulmoides,and achyranthes bidentata,was the basic prescription for treating early renal damage of primary hypertension. Cluster analysis found that the five core drug combinations showed the effects of nourishing yin and kidney,calming the liver,calming the wind and activating blood circulation,invigorating qi and activating blood circulation,warming yang and activating blood circulation,and eliminating dampness,eliminating phlegm and calming wind respectively,which could be treated separately for the etiology and pathogenesis of primary hypertension early kidney damage,liver and kidney yin deficiency with blood stasis,kidney qi deficiency with blood stasis,kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis,and spleen deficiency with phlegm and wind.Conclusion:In the early stage of primary hypertension,kidney damage mostly belongs to the syndrome of deficiency of origin and syndrome of excess syndrome. Deficiency of yin in liver and kidney is the basic pathogenesis,which can lead to excess due to deficiency for a long time,with blood stasis,turbid phlegm,yin deficiency and yang syndrome.The basic therapeutic methods are tonifying the kidney,calming the liver and activating blood circulation.
