目的:对陇东地区产的黄花菜根的化学成分进行研究.方法:采用微波80%乙醇浸提法和硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构.结果:从黄花菜的80%乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定出7个化合物,分别为:大黄酚(Ⅰ)、美决明子素甲醚(Ⅱ)、美决明子素(Ⅲ)、大黄酸(Ⅳ)、芦荟大黄素(Ⅴ)、萱草酮(Ⅵ)、萱草素(Ⅶ).结论:其中,化合物Ⅳ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Study on Chemical Constituents from the Root of Hemerocallis citrina
Objective; To study the chemical constituents root of Hemerocallis citrina. Methods; The chemical constituents were extracted by microwave method and purified by silica gel column. Their structures were elucidated by their physical and chemical properties and spectral methods. Results; 7 compounds were isolated and identified as; chrysophanol( I ), 2-methoxy-obtusifolin( H ) ,ob-tusifolin( DI) ,rhein( IV) ,aloe-emodin( V) ,hemerocallone( VI) and hemerocallin( VE). Conclusion; Compounds Ivand VI are isolated from this plant for the first time.
