目的:分离鉴定翻白草中三萜类化学成分.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、大孔树脂及聚酰胺柱色谱等手段,对翻白草中70%乙醇提取部位的三萜类成分进行分离纯化,并通过光谱方法进行结构鉴定.结果:分离并鉴定了6个单体化合物,分别为:3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→2)-β-D-木糖-19α-羟基-乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(1)、2α,3β,19α-三羟基-乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(2)、3β,19α-二羟基-乌苏-12-烯-24,28-二酸(3)、2α,3β-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(4)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(5)、β-谷甾醇(6).结论:其中,化合物1、3为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Study on Chemical Constituents of Triterpenoids from Potentilla discolor
Objective:To study the triterpenoids constituents in Potentilla discolor.Methods:The compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography,macroporous resins and polyamide column chromatography from the 70% ethanol extract,and their structures were identified by spectral analysis.Results:Six compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-19α-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-acid (1),2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-acid (2),3β,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-24,28-acid (3),2α,3β-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-acid (4),2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-acid (5),β-sitosterol(6).Conclusion:Compounds 1 and 3 are obtained from this plant for the fisrt time.
