油茶茎化学成分研究

目的:研究油茶茎的化学成分.方法:利用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、高效制备液相色谱 等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构.结果:从油茶茎中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:(-)-松脂素(1)、(-)-杜仲树脂酚(2)、黄芩新素Ⅱ(3)、白桦酸(4)、乌苏酸(5)、3-O-β-D-葡萄糖(1→2)-β-D-木糖(1→3)[β-D-葡萄糖(1→2)]-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸-15α,16α,28-三羟基-22α-当归酰氧基-齐墩果酸-12-烯(6)、齐墩果酸(7).结论:其中,化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离得到,且化合物1~3为首次从山茶属中分离得到.
Chemical Constituents from Camellia oleifera Stem
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of stem of Camellia oleifera.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and MPLC.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and special analysis.Results:Seven compounds were isolated from the stem of Camellia oleifera,whose structures were elucidated as (-)-pinoresinol (1),(-)-medioresinol (2),skullcapflavone Ⅱ (3),betulinic acid (4),ursolic acid (5),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 →2)-β-D-xylopyransoyl-(1 →3)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 →2)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl-22α-an-geloyloxyolean-12-ene-15α,16α,28-triol(6) and oleanolic acid (7).Conclusion:Compounds 1 ~ 6 are isolated βrom this plant for the first time,and compounds 1 ~3 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
