目的:研究斑叶兰的化学成分.方法:采用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据及核对文献鉴定化合物结构.结果:从斑叶兰95%乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:丁香醛(Ⅰ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅱ)、别欧前胡素(Ⅲ)、香草酸(Ⅳ)、阿魏酸(Ⅴ)、单棕榈酸甘油(Ⅵ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ).结论:其中,化合物Ⅱ~Ⅶ为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Chemical Constituents from Goodyera schlechtendaliana
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Goodyera schlechtendaliana.Methods:Compounds were isolated through various chromatographic techniques and identified by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with those in literature.Results:Seven compounds were obtained from 95% ethanol extract.Their structures were identified as syringaldehyde(Ⅰ),5-hydroxymethylfurfural(Ⅱ),alloimperatorin (Ⅲ),vanillic acid (Ⅳ),ferulic acid (Ⅴ),glyceroyl monopalmitate (Ⅵ) and β-sitosterol (Ⅶ).Conclusion:Compounds Ⅱ ~ Ⅶ are reported from this genus and compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅶ are reported from this plant for the first time.
