唐古特大黄潜在地理分布及生境特征分析

目的:了解目前我国唐古特大黄的适宜生境状况并预测其潜在地理分布区.方法:基于第四次全国中药资源普查实地调研数据以及中药资源空间信息网格数据库中获取的55个唐古特大黄相关生态因子(包括气候、地形、土壤等),利用MaxEnt模型和ArcGIS预测唐古特大黄在中国境内的潜在地理分布区域及生境特征.结果:唐古特大黄适宜分布区主要位于川西高原地区、甘南高原地区、青海东部地区以及西藏东部地区,其中最适宜分布区为青海东部地区、川西高原地区和甘南高原地区;海拔、植被类型、6月均温、4月平均降水量和土壤类型是影响唐古特大黄潜在分布的主导生态因子,且不同分布区域存在一定差异.结论:该研究成果为后续唐古特大黄生态敏感性研究和生产区划研究奠定了必要的基础.
Potential Geographical Distribution and Habitat Characteristics of Rheum tanguticum
Objective:To understand the current situation of suitable habitat of Rheum tanguticum and predict its potential geo-graphical distribution.Methods:Based on the field survey data of the fourth national survey of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and 55 related ecological factors(including climate,terrain,soil,etc.)of Rheum tanguticum obtained from the spatial information grid data-base of TCM resources,the MaxEnt model and ArcGIS were used to predict the potential geographical distribution and habitat character-istics of Rheum tanguticum in China.Results:The suitable distribution areas of Rheum tanguticum were mainly located in western Sichuan plateau,Gannan plateau,eastern Qinghai and eastern Tibet,among which the most suitable distribution areas were eastern Qing-hai,western Sichuan plateau and Gannan plateau.the altitude,vegetation type,average temperature in June,average precipitation in April and soil type were the main ecological factors affecting the potential distribution of Rheum tanguticum,and there were some differ-ences in different distribution regions.Conclusion:The results of this study lay a necessary foundation for the follow-up research on eco-logical sensitivity and production zoning of Rheum tanguticum.
