基于熵权-TOPSIS法评价干燥方法对陈皮浸膏粉的质量影响

目的:比较分析干燥方法对陈皮浸膏粉质量的影响.方法:采用喷雾干燥、真空带式干燥、冷冻干燥制备陈皮浸膏粉,以得粉率、玻璃化转变温度、粉体物理性质及化学成分芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素含量等为评价指标,运用熵权-TOPSIS法进行综合评价.结果:辅料麦芽糊精和陈皮浸膏共混物可提高浸膏粉的玻璃化转变温度,进而提高喷雾干燥和真空带式干燥的得粉率;不同干燥方法浸膏粉的含水量、粒径、微观形貌等物理性质差异较大,化学成分含量无明显差异,色谱图相似度均大于0.980;3种干燥方法制备的陈皮浸膏粉的熵权-TOP-SIS 法综合评价排序为真空带式干燥>喷雾干燥>冷冻干燥.结论:经熵权-TOPSIS法综合评价,真空带式干燥的陈皮浸膏粉质量最佳,可为陈皮浸膏干燥方法的选择提供参考.
Evaluation of the Effect of Drying Methods on the Quality of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Extract Powder Based on Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Method
Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of drying methods on the quality of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium extract powder.Methods:The Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium extract powder was prepared by spray drying,vacuum belt drying and freeze drying.The yield,glass transition temperature,physical properties and chemical compositions contents of the powder,such as narirutin,hesperi-din,nobiletin,tangeritin,were used as evaluation indexes,and entropy weight-TOPSIS method was used for comprehensive evaluation.Results:The mixture of maltodextrin and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,extract could increase the glass transition temperature of the ex-tract powder,and then increase the powder yield of spray drying and vacuum belt drying;The physical properties,such as water content,particle size and micromorphology,were significantly different among different drying methods.There was no significant difference in chemical compositions contents,and chromatographic similarity was greater than 0.980.Entropy weight TOPSIS comprehensive evalua-tion sequence of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium extract powder prepared by three drying methods was vacuum belt drying>spray drying>freeze drying.Conclusion:After comprehensive evaluation by entropy weight-TOPSIS method,the quality of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium extract powder by vacuum belt drying is the best,providing a basis for the selection of drying methods for Citri Reticulatac Pericarpium.
