目的:研究卫矛科雷公藤属植物东北雷公藤Tripterygium regelii Sprague et Takeda的化学成分.方法:利用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相等色谱方法对东北雷公藤根的醇提物的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化常数测定及波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构.结果:从东北雷公藤根的醇提物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:新海胆灵A(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、(+)-丁香脂素(3)、calolongic acid(4)、caloteysmannic acid(5)、没食子儿茶素(6)、表没食子儿茶素(7)、儿茶素(8)、表儿茶素(9)、(-)-4'-O-methyl-epi-gallocatechin(10)、香草酸(11)、丁香酸(12)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚(13).结论:其中,化合物1、4~7、9~13为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Chemical Constituents of Tripterygium regelii
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Tripterygium regelii.Methods:The chemical constituents from the etha-nol extract of Tripterygium regelii were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and HPLC.The structures were i-dentified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from the roots of Tripterygium regelii and identified as neoechinulin A(1),β-sitosterol(2),(+)-syringaresinol(3),calolongic acid(4),caloteysmannic acid(5),gallocatechin(6),epi-gallocatechin(7),catechin(8),epi-catechin(9),(-)-4'-O-methyl-epi-gallocatechin(10),vanillic acid(11),syringic acid(12),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol(13),repectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,4 to 7,9 to 13 are isolated from Tripterygium regelii for the first time.
