摘要
目的:研究卫红花的化学成分.方法:采用多种化学技术手段和方法,应用各种柱层析及色谱填料,并结合半制备HPLC对卫红花 70%含水丙酮提取物进行分离纯化,根据NMR数据鉴定所得化合物的结构.结果:从卫红花中共分离得到 15 个化合物,分别鉴定为:(S)-2-amino-N-methyl-3-phenylpropionamide(1)、dayaolingzhilactone A(2)、capillasterolide(3)、(2E)-tetradecaene-4,6-diyne-1,10,14-triol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、(8Z)-十烯-4,6-二炔-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、二氢阿魏酸甲酯(6)、藜芦酸(7)、(E)-4-(4′-羟基苯基)-3-丁烯-2-酮(8)、丁香醛(9)、莽草酸(10)、(1′R,3′S,5′R,8′S,2E,4E)-二氢红花菜豆酸-3′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、tetillapyrone(12)、pan-tothenic acid C(13)、4-methoxy-1,2-dihydrocyclobutabenzene(14)、1,2-二氯苯(15).结论:其中,化合物 1~3、6~8、12~15 为首次从卫红花中分离得到.
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Carthamus tinctorius.Methods:The chemical constituents from 70%acetone extract of Carthamus tinctorius were isolated and purified by using various column chromatography and chromatographic fillers,combined with semi-preparative HPLC,the structures of the compounds were identified by NMR data.Results:Fifteen compounds were isolated from the Carthamus tinctorius and identified as(S)-2-amino-N-methyl-3-phenylpropionamide(1),dayaolingzhilactone A(2),capillasterolide(3),(2E)-tetradecaene-4,6-diyne-1,10,14-triol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),(8Z)-decaene-4,6-diyne-1-O-β-D-glu-copyranoside(5),dihydroferulic acid methyl ester(6),veratric acid(7),(E)-4-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-3-buten-2-one(8),syringaldehyde(9),shikimic acid(10),(1′R,3′S,5′R,8′S,2E,4E)-dihydrophaseic acid-3′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),tetillapyrone(12),panto-thenic acid C(13),4-methoxy-1,2-dihydrocyclobutabenzene(14),1,2-dichlorobenzene(15),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 3,6 to 8,12 to 15 are isolated from Carthamus tinctorius for the first time.
