The inheritance of the experience of prestigious TCM practitioners is related to the cultivation of TCM talents and the development.The traditional training model of pediatric postgraduates of TCM is facing challen-ges.This research combines the construction of the prestigious Chinese physician workroom with the education of the graduate students of pediatrics of TCM.Through clinical follow-up,academic lectures and conferences,standardized teaching,subject application and implementation,improvement of teaching methods,and curriculum ideology and politics,the clinical and scientific research abilities,as well as the humanistic quality of the graduate students are improved in an all-round way.Through this exploration,it is proposed that this teaching form can serve as an effec-tive supplement to the regular postgraduate education and serve the daily teaching practice.
