Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of meridian needling combined with flash cupping and bloodletting in the treatment of children with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 40 cases of children with periph-eral facial paralysis who attended the paediatrics outpatient and inpatient departments of Shenzhen Bao'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2021 were collected,and were treated with me-ridian needling combined with flash cupping and bloodletting,and treatment was discontinued if cured,and clinical efficacy was statistically calculated after 4 weeks.Results 36 cases were cured,4 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 90.0%(36/40),and the total effective rate was 100.0%(40/40).Conclusion The efficacy of meridian needling combined with flash cupping and bloodletting in the treatment of peripheral facial pa-ralysis in children is remarkable,and it is worth to be promoted and applied in the clinic.
