摘要
对近10年发表的中医药治疗儿童抽动障碍的文献进行整理研究,从中医病因病机、辨证论治、治则治法、中药治疗、中医外治方法等方面进行综述.认为中医药治疗本病疗效确切,不良反应较少,但缺乏较强的循证医学证据.今后应当开展多中心、随机、对照、双盲的大样本临床研究,采用科学规范的研究方法,为临床提供更客观、有效的治疗方法.
Abstract
Objective The literature on Chinese medicine treatment of childhood tic disorders published in the past 10 years was collated and studied,and reviewed in terms of Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis,diag-nosis and treatment,treatment principles and methods,Chinese medicine treatment,and external Chinese medicine treatment methods.It is believed that the efficacy of Chinese medicine in treating this disease is accurate,with fewer adverse effects,but lacks strong evidence-based medical evidence.In the future,multi-centre,randomized,con-trolled,double-blind,large-sample clinical studies should be carried out,and scientific and standardized research methods should be used to provide more objective and effective treatments for the clinic.
