摘要
查阅近10年中医药治疗小儿积滞的相关文献,从中医学对本病的基本认识、病因病机、辨证分型、中医内治法、中医外治法、中医综合治疗等方面进行归纳总结,认为中医药治疗小儿积滞在改善症状、减少不良反应等方面疗效显著,且应用广泛,有着独特的优势和广阔的前景.同时指出目前中医药治疗小儿积滞在临床研究方案的规范化、客观化及实验性研究等方面的不足,以期为临床诊治提供新的思路.
Abstract
By referring to the relevant literature on the treatment of pediatric stagnation with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 10 years,the author summarized the basic understanding,etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome dif-ferentiation,internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in improving symptoms,reducing adverse reactions and oth-er aspects of the disease,and concluded that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric stagnation is effec-tive and widely used.It has unique advantages and broad prospects.At the same time,it pointed out the shortcomings of the standardization,objectification and experimental research in the treatment of pediatric stagnation by traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
