摘要
通过张仲景《金匮要略》中"见肝之病,知肝传脾,当先实脾"理论,推出"见肺之病,知肺传肝,当先疏肝"论点.通过肝与肺五行生克、气血共调、经脉贯通的关系,指出肝气不疏是小儿哮喘的病机特点,故将疏肝作为治疗的基本治则.遵循肝主疏泄、肝气宜升的理念,灵活运用疏肝理肺、调畅气机,疏肝理气、消痰化饮和疏肝泻火、润肺平喘的治法,达到治疗小儿哮喘的目的.附案例1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Through ZHANG Zhongjing's"The Essentials of the Golden Chamber",the theory of"when one sees a disease of the liver,one knows that the liver transmits to the spleen,and the spleen should be strengthened first",this article introduces the thesis of"when you see the disease of the lungs,you know that the lungs are trans-mitted to the liver,so you should first smooth the liver".Through the relationship between the liver and the lung in terms of the five elements,the co-regulation of qi and blood,and the connection of the meridians,it is pointed out that the lack of liver qi is a characteristic of pediatric asthma,and therefore liver smoothing is the basic rule of treat-ment.Following the concept that the liver is the main regulator and liver qi should be elevated,we flexibly apply the treatments of smoothing the liver and regulating the lungs,regulating the qi,eliminating phlegm and relieving fire,moistening the lungs and calming the wheezing,so as to achieve the purpose of treating pediatric asthma.One case is presented for verification.
