摘要
随着生活、饮食、用药方式的改变,加之体质特点,儿童容易出现耗伤脾阴,但该理论之前未予以重视.脾阴虚临床表现一般比较轻,没有典型的辨证证候,易被忽视.基于"精气"和"阴阳"学说探究了脾阴本质及生理功能,脾阴虚进一步可发展为气阴两虚,临床上可以引起肺、脾、肾等系统疾病,治疗主要以甘淡平补为原则.通过列举小儿咳嗽、厌食症、便秘、盗汗等诊疗经验,验证了基于脾阴虚治疗儿科疾病,力求见微知著,先证而治,以提高临床疗效.
Abstract
With changes in lifestyle,diet,and medication methods,combined with the physical characteristics of children,it is easy to cause spleen yin deficiency,but this theory has not been given sufficient attention before.In addition,the clinical manifestations of spleen yin deficiency are generally mild,without typical syndrome differen-tiation,and are easily overlooked.Based on the theories of"essence and qi"and"yin yang",the essence and physi-ological function of spleen yin were explored.Spleen yin deficiency can further develop into deficiency of both qi and yin,which can cause systemic diseases such as lung,spleen,and kidney in clinical practice.The treatment mainly follows the principle of Gandan,Pingbu.By listing the diagnosis and treatment experience of pediatric cough,anorex-ia,constipation,night sweats,etc.,it is verified that the treatment of pediatric diseases based on spleen yin deficien-cy aims to seek knowledge from the smallest and treat based on the first signs.
