董幼祺教授运用温胆汤治疗小儿抽动-秽语综合征痰热型经验

摘要
抽动-秽语综合征病因复杂,临床表现多样,董幼祺教授认为本病病因病机为无形之痰,郁而化火,痰火上扰,蒙蔽心神,引动肝风,从而发病.其中无形之痰为本病反复发作的关键病因.董教授强调辨证为先,灵活施治,遵循祛痰为先、辅以和胃,痰气同治、同疏胆肝,清胆平心、胆心同降,治病求本、量证施药,调整心态、劳逸结合的治疗原则,方予温胆汤灵活加减,临床取得了满意疗效.附案例 1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Tourette's syndrome has a complex etiology and diverse clinical manifestations.Professor DONG Youqi believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are intangible phlegm,which transforms into fire due to depression.Phlegm fire disturbs the mind and triggers liver wind,leading to the onset of the disease.Invisible phlegm is the key cause of recurrent episodes of this disease.Professor DONG emphasized the principle of prioritiz-ing syndrome differentiation and flexible treatment,following the principles of dispelling phlegm first,supplementing with to harmonise the stomach,treating phlegm and qi together,dredging the gallbladder and liver,clearing the gall-bladder and calming the heart.The treatment should focus on the root cause,apply medication according to the ap-propriate dosage,regulate mentality,and balance work and rest.Wendan Tang(温胆汤)can be flexibly modified and has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.One case is presented for verification.
