Professor WANG Sumei's experience in treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder based on"Yiqi Zhouliu"theory
The theory of"Yiqi Zhouliu"originates from the book Sisheng Xinyuan,which is one of the impor-tant academic ideas of HUANG Yuanyu of the Qing Dynasty.He emphasized the mediating role of the spleen and stomach qi in the body's qi mechanism,with the spleen and stomach as the pivot,driving the elevation and rotation of the whole qi.Based on the clinical treatment of children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder,professor WANG Sumei strengthens the spleen and replenishes the kidneys,and regards the qi of the spleen and stomach as the pivot and core of the orderly operation of the whole system of qi circulation,and the qi movement relies on the movement of the qi of thespleen and stomach to function properly,so she pays particular attention to the spleen and stomach and combines the children with different clinical symptoms,and is supplemented with the clearing of the heart and diarrhoea and elimination of phlegm to achieve the recovery of the heart and the liver,combined with the different clinical symptoms of the child,it is supplemented by clearing the heart and diarrhoea,dispelling dampness and resolving phlegm,so as to achieve the restoration of the dynamic balance of yin and yang.A case is presented for verification.
