摘要
消积运脾法为江育仁教授"脾健不在补贵在运"思想的重要治法之一.赵霞教授基于江教授运脾理论,根据小儿生理病理特点,结合多年临证体会,认为食积为儿科疾病常见的病因,亦是小儿脾胃运化功能失常最直接的病理产物,强调消积法在儿科运脾中的重要地位,以"消积运脾"为治疗大法,并针对病因病机灵活与他法同用,在自拟方消积运脾方基础上随证加减,治疗泄泻、便秘、鹅口疮、厌食症、胃痛、腹痛等儿科常见脾系疾病取得较好疗效.附案例1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Reducing accumulation and promoting spleen circulation is one of the important treatment methods of professor JIANG Yuren's"spleen health is not about nourishing spleen and nourishing the body,but about promo-ting circulation".Professor ZHAO Xia,based on JIANG Yuren's theory of spleen movement and pediatric physiolo-gy and pathology,combined with years of clinical experience,believes that food accumulation is a common cause of pediatric diseases and the most direct pathological product of dysfunction of spleen and stomach function in chil-dren.She emphasizes the important position of reducing accumulation in pediatric spleen movement,and takes"re-ducing accumulation and promoting spleen circulation"as the treatment principle.She also uses other methods in conjunction with the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease.She has achieved good therapeutic effects in treating-pediatric diseases of the spleen such as diarrhea,constipation,thrush,anorexia,stomach pain,and abdominal pain with modification of her self-designed formula for reducing accumulation and promoting spleen circulation according to patients'different symptoms.One case is presented for verification.
