Analysis on medication rules of professor ZHENG Jian's medication rule in treating children with tic disorders based on the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)
Objective To analyze professor ZHENG Jian's medication pattern in treating children with tic dis-orders(TD)based on the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5).Methods Case prescriptions of children with tic disorders in children received by professor ZHENG Jian at the Affiliated People's Hospital to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period of January 2020 to January 2023 were collect-ed,screened and standardized to create a prescription database,after screening and standardization,a prescription database was created and retrospective studies were conducted.The Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Plat-form(V2.5)was used to analyze and summarize the law of medication.Results A total of 163 Chinese medicine prescriptions,involving 84 flavors of Chinese medicines,the medicinal property are mainly cold,flat and warm,the medicinal properties were mainly sweet,bitter and flat,the attributed meridians mostly belong to the lung,liver,spleen and stomach.And obtained 2 new prescriptions and a core prescription,which consists of Gastrodiae Rhizo-ma,Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Radix Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Fructus Aurantii,Bambusae Caulis In Taenias,Botrychium Ternatum.Conclusion Professor ZHENG's basic treatment for children with tic disorder is to"clearing up phlegm to stop wind,reinforcing earth and inhibiting wood,and use insect drugs to search for wind and clear the meridians".The medication can be added or subtracted according to symptoms during clinical diagnosis and treatment.
