摘要
中医药治疗小儿遗尿症具有独特优势,临床诊断以脏腑辨证和三焦辨证为主,治疗方法包括内治法和外治法,除口服中药汤剂和中成药外,临床还常予小儿推拿、针刺、艾灸、穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压、穴位注射、穴位埋线及中药熏药等外治疗法,且常予内外治法联合使用,疗效更加突出.此外,行为疗法、患儿及家长的配合以及对伴有精神心理障碍患儿的心理疏导等,均会影响临床疗效,临床应予以重视.
Abstract
Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric enuresis has unique advantages,clinical diagnosis is based on the identification of internal organs and triple jiao,and the treatment includes internal and external treatments.In addition to oral Chinese medicine soup and proprietary Chinese medicines,external treatments such as pediatric tuina,acupuncture,moxibustion,acupressure,auricular acupoints,acupuncture point injection,acupoints embedded in wires,and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation are also commonly used in clinics and often used in combina-tion with internal and external treatments,which has a more prominent therapeutic effect.In addition,behavioural therapy,the cooperation of children and parents,as well as psychological guidance for children with psychiatric dis-orders can all affect the clinical efficacy.
