近10年中医药治疗小儿肺炎风热闭肺证研究进展

摘要
整理近10年来中医药治疗小儿肺炎风热闭肺证的相关文献,从中医内治法、外治法2个方面分析探讨该病的高频治疗方案.在此基础上总结出小儿肺炎风热闭肺证的中医治疗规律,并指出存在缺乏对新方的研究以及缺少针对其疗效的大样本、多中心的实验研究的不足.
Abstract
Through the analysis and collation of the relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia with wind-heat blocking lung syndrome in the past 10 years,the high-frequency treatment options of the disease were analyzed and discussed from the two aspects of internal treatment and external treatment.On this basis,the TCM treatment rules of pediatric pneumonia with wind-heat blocking lung syndrome are summarized,and it is pointed out that the shortcomings are the lack of research on new prescriptions for the treat-ment of the disease and the lack of large-sample,multi-center experimental studies for its efficacy as data support.In the future,the deficiencies should be continuously improved so as to give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine.
