摘要
介绍了汪受传教授运用虎杖治疗江南地区小儿肺系疾病的临证经验.基于"地陷东南""湿胜热蒸"的地理气候因素,结合江南地区小儿肺系疾病的常见病因和小儿的生理病理特点,汪教授认为"湿""热""毒""瘀"为江南地区小儿肺系疾病的常见病理因素,不论是单一因素,还是多个因素相兼为患,不管是急性期还是缓解期,属阳证、热证者,均可以用虎杖进行治疗.以清热解毒法、清肺化痰法、清热利湿法、活血散瘀法取得了良好的临床疗效.附验案1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Professor WANG Shouchuan's clinical experience in using Polygonum cuspidatum to treat pediatric respiratory diseases in the south of the Yangtze River region is presented.Based on the geographical and climatic factors of"subsidence of the southeast part"and"hot and humid climate",combined with the common causes and physiological and pathological characteristics of pediatric respiratory diseases in the region,professor WANG be-lieves that"dampness","heat","toxin",and"stasis"are common pathological factors for pediatric respiratory dis-eases in the area.Regardless of whether the patient's condition is caused by a single factor or multiple factors,whether it is in the acute or remission phase,and whether it belongs to the yang or heat syndrome,Polygonum cus-pidatum can be used for treatment.Good clinical efficacy has been achieved through the methods of clearing heat and detoxifying,clearing lungs and resolving phlegm,clearing heat and draining dampness,and promoting blood cir-culation and dispersing stasis.One proven case is presented for verification.
