Exploring the pathogenesis of functional constipation in children in Xinjiang region based on the theory of three causes
This study explores the pathogenesis of functional constipation in children in Xinjiang region from the perspective of the three causes theory.Based on the geographical environment,climate,and individual differences of the children,corresponding clinical treatment plans are selectively formulated.It is pointed out that the pathogene-sis of functional constipation in children in Xinjiang region has both commonalities and individuality,and is influ-enced by the dry geographical environment and a preference for a rich,sweet,and spicy diet.Treatment should be based on promoting lung function,nourishing yin and promoting fluid production,and moistening dryness,combined with the different seasons at the time of onset.Medication should be guided by the"three causes"theory,and signif-icant clinical efficacy can be achieved.
