摘要
隆红艳教授认为儿童抽动障碍病位在肝肾,与心脾关系密切,若小儿肝肾阴虚,肝阳上亢,肝风内动,则抽动频作.故隆教授在脏腑辨证基础上,首重肝肾,兼顾心脾,谨守"肝风内动"病机,形神同治,辨证选药,使肝气调达,肝风得息,肝体得养,则抽动之症痊愈.附案例1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Professor LONG Hongyan believes that children with Tourette's syndrome is located in the liver and kidneys,and has a close relationship with the heart and spleen,and children with deficiency of liver and kidney yin,hyperactivity of liver and kidney yang,and internal activation of liver-wind,which results in frequent tics.Therefore,professor LONG,on the basis of the identification of internal organs,puts emphasis on the liver and kidneys,taking into account the heart and spleen,strictly adheres to the disease mechanism of"liver-wind-induced internal move-ment",treats both the shape and spirit,diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,so as to make the liver qi regulated and the liver wind rested,and the liver body nourished so that the tic syndrome is cured.A case is presented for verification.
