彭玉教授基于"肺降肝升"理论辨治小儿呃逆经验

摘要
肺肝为气机升降之统领,肺降肝升相互为用,肺金肝木又相互克制,共同维护人体气机的平衡调顺,在脾胃气机升降中起到了重要的作用.小儿肺脾本不足,若病后肺降失和,无以镇肝,土虚木易乘之,脾胃升降失职,胃气上逆则为呃.彭玉教授秉承《黄帝内经》"肺降肝升"思想,治疗脾胃病时尤重肝肺气机升降.临证通过察色观症,从肺肝升降论治小儿呃逆,应用经验方运脾降逆散宣肺疏肝、和胃降逆,如此则中焦气运调畅,呃逆可止.附验案1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Lung and liver are the leaders of qi lifting and lowering.Lung lowers and liver rises,assisting each other to complete the cycle of qi.Lung belongs to gold,liver belongs to wood,according to the theory of five ele-ments,gold restains wood,so the lung and liver restrain each other to maintain the balance of the human body's qi and play an important role in the lifting and lowering of the qi of the spleen and stomach.Children with lung and spleen deficiency may experience postoperative disharmony in the lungs,which cannot be used to calm the liver.This can be easily exacerbated by soil deficiency and wood deficiency,as well as dysfunction of the spleen and stomach.If the stomach qi is reversed,it is called hiccups.Professor PENG Yu adheres to the idea of"lung descends qi and liver rises qi"in Inner Canon of Huangdi,and pays particular attention to the lifting and lowering of liver and lung qi when treating spleen and stomach diseases.The treatment of pediatric eructation is based on the theory of eleva-tion of the lung and liver by observing the symptoms and applying the empirical formula of Yunpi Jiangni San(运脾降逆散)to promote the lungs,dredge the liver,harmonise the stomach and lower the reversal of the stomach.One experimental case is presented to show professor PENG's thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and the char-acteristics of prescription and medication.
