摘要
董幼祺教授认为,小儿脾本不足,若喂养不当、乳食不节,损伤脾胃,致使脾胃运化功能失调;脾胃虚弱或虚寒,腐熟运化不及;肝脾不调,肝木乘土而影响脾胃功能,均使乳食停滞不化而生积滞.董教授在临证诊治中,以消导为主,坚持"和与运"思想,辨证施治,灵活加减,善调肝气以畅中焦.不论何种积滞,积去后脾胃必伤,故终以健脾胃为着眼点以改善体质.附验案1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Professor DONG Youqi believes that the spleen of children is insufficient,and if they are fed improp-erly and breastfeeding is not regulated,the spleen and stomach will be damaged,resulting in the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach.The spleen and stomach may be weak or cold,resulting in poor digestion and transport;or the liver and spleen may be out of balance,and affecting the function of the spleen and stomach,resulting in stagnation of milk and food,which leads to stagnation.Professor DONG,in his diagnosis and treatment,focuses on elimination and conduction,adheres to the idea of"harmony and transportation",and is flexible in adding and subtracting,so as to regulate the liver qi and smooth the spleen and the stomach.No matter what kind of stagnation,the spleen and stomach will be injured after the stagnation is removed,so the ultimate focus is to strengthen the spleen and stomach in order to improve the physique.One proven case is attached for verification.
