摘要
邱根祥教授根据多年的临床经验,认为小儿夜啼以肝郁脾虚、阴阳失和为基本病机.小儿肝常有余,横逆犯脾,以致肝郁脾虚,气血生化乏源,心神失养,且小儿稚阴稚阳,一旦为外邪侵袭,则致阴阳失和,发为夜啼.治疗以疏肝理脾、调和阴阳为基本原则,自拟安神啼宁汤治之,且擅用药对配伍以增强疗效,同时注重患儿日常护理,疗效满意.附案例1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Professor QIU Genxiang,based on his years of clinical experience,believed that liver stagnation,spleen deficiency and the imbalance of yin and yang were the basic pathogenesis of the disease.Children's liver are often in excess and invaded the spleen,resulting in liver stagnation and deficiency of spleen,qi and blood,and lack of cultivation of mind and spirit.Moreover,the yin and yang of children are immature,which are easy for being at-tacked by external pathogens,resulting in the imbalance of yin and yang.Under the influence of the above two cau-ses,the night cries occur.The basic principle of treatment is to smooth the liver,regulate the spleen and harmonize yin and yang.Anshen Tining Tang(安神啼宁汤)is made for the treatment of the disease,besides,couplet medici-nals are usually used in order to enhance the curative effect.At the same time,attention is paid to the daily care of the children.A medical case is presented for verification.
