摘要
常克教授依据《金匮要略》"勿令九窍闭塞"的思想,提出窍无处不及、窍通则体安、窍闭则病生等观点.指出小儿发声性抽动症病位主要在咽喉二窍,涉及其余诸窍,病因为邪阻清窍,病理因素为风、火、痰,临证需要结合患儿实际病情,辨证论治,不应拘泥于一方一药,当法随证立,治从法出,以通窍汤为主方进行加减辨治,疗效满意.附案例1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Based on the idea of"do not block the nine orifices"in Essentials of the Golden Cabinet,professor CHANG Ke put forward the idea that each part of the body always has an orifice related to it,and that if the orifices are open,the body will be safe,and if the orifices are closed,the disease will be born,and so on.It is pointed out that pediatric vocal tic disorder is mainly related the two orifices of throat,involving the rest of the orifices.The cause of the disease is pathological factors obstruction of the orifices,and the pathological factors are wind,fire and phlegm.It is necessary to combine the actual condition of the child to identify and treat the disease,and,different treatment plans should adopted according to the results of the diagnosisinstead of confining to a certain prescription.The therapeutic method is the basis of the formula,and the selected formula is the embodiment of the therapeutic method.Modification of Tongqiao Tang(通窍汤)was used,and the therapeutic effect was satisfactory.One case is presented for verification.
