Clinical observation on the combination of Buxu Zhiyi Tang(补虚止遗汤)and desmopressin tablets in the treatment of 40 cases of lower yuan deficiency cold syndrome in children with enuresis
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Buxu Zhiyi Tang(补虚止遗汤)combined with desmopressin tablets in the treatment of lower yuan deficiency cold syndrome in children with enuresis.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,80 children with enuresis of lower yuan deficiency cold syndrome admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatric Clinic of Wenzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was given oral administration of desmopressin tablets to the affected children,while the treatment group was treated with Buxu Zhiyi Tang on the basis of the con-trol group's treatment method.Both groups received one course of treatment per week.After a total of four courses of treatment,clinical efficacy,enuresis frequency,bladder volume,plasma antidiuretic hormone(ADH)levels,Pitts-burgh Sleep Index(PSQI)score,and incidence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00％(32/40),while that of the control group was 80.00％(38/40).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the frequency of enuresis and bladder capacity between the two groups(P＞0.05),with comparability.After treatment,the frequency of enuresis significantly decreased and the bladder capacity significantly increased in both groups.Compared with the same group before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the treatment group showed a more significant decrease or increase(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in plasma ADH levels and PSQI scores between the two groups(P＞0.05),with comparability.After treatment,the plasma ADH levels in both groups significantly increased,and the PSQI score sig-nificantly decreased.Compared with the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the treatment group showed a more significant increase or decrease(P＜0.05).The total incidence of ad-verse reactions in the control group was 20.00％(8/40),while in the treatment group it was 5.00％(2/40).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Buxu Zhiyi Tang and desmopressin tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on the lower yuan deficiency cold syndrome of enuresis in children,and the drug safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
