摘要
通过查阅近20年小儿夜啼相关文献,对夜啼的病因病机及中医药内外治法进行归纳总结,认为夜啼的病位在心、肝、脾、肾、胆,病机以五脏功能失调为主.治疗以中药内服、小儿推拿、针灸、穴位贴敷等为主,临床见效快,安全性高,不良反应少,突出了中医辨病审因、辨证论治的特点.指出小儿夜啼的临床研究仍缺乏大样本、多中心的规范实验,应时刻关注临床动态,提高临床科研的严谨性和创新性,进一步推广中医药治疗.
Abstract
Through reviewing relevant literature on pediatric night cries in the past 20 years,this paper summa-rizes the etiology,pathogenesis,and internal and external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine for night cries.It is believed that the location of night cries is in the heart,liver,spleen,kidney,and gallbladder,and the pathogenesis is often characterized by dysfunction of the five organs.Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used to treat children's nocturnal crying,such as oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,infantile tuina,acu-puncture and moxibustion,and acupoint application.It has quick clinical efficacy,high safety,and few adverse reac-tions,highlighting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and syndromes.Pediatric nocturnal cries still lacks standardized experiments with large samples and multiple centers.Clinical dynamics should be constantly monitored to improve the rigor and innovation of clinical research,and fur-ther promote traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
