Characteristics of children's bronchial asthma in the year of Guimao based on the theory of five movements and six qi
In this paper,by deducing the evolution law of five movements and six qi in the year of Guimao,based on the rule of five elements to produce qi,the direct influence of five movements and six qi on children's lung function and the indirect influence of changes in other viscera functions on children's lung function were ana-lyzed.It was found that the incidence of children's bronchial asthma in Guimao was concentrated in the first half of the year.Its pathogenesis was phlegm-dampness of lung,damp-heat of lung,dryness of lung.The first qi and the third qi are accompanied by liver qi invading the lung,and the second qi is accompanied by kidney not receiving qi.In the first half of the year,the deficiency syndrome of the whole is mainly,and the treatment should pay attention to the deficiency while attacking the evil.In the second half of the fourth qi,there is cold and dampness in the lung,ac-companied by spleen yang deficiency.In the second half of the year,positive deficiency and evil substance were the main factors.Attention should be paid to helping positive qi and dispelling evil qi in treatment.
