基于"三神"学说探讨儿童孤独症谱系障碍的中医防治思路

摘要
探讨"三神"学说的具体内涵并将之延伸至儿童孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)的临床病理表现,从而为该病提供早期防治思路."三神"包括"元神""识神""欲神"3个部分,每部分各司其职,元神主宰生命活动,识神表达纯净意识,欲神形成主观意识,共同调控人的生命活动和精神状态,与ASD的发病及临床表现有密切联系.基于"三神"各部分的具体含义和生理特性,结合临床观察分析ASD患儿的病理表现,提出"培元神,护识神,控欲神"的早期防治思路,并强调"防大于治"的观点,为临床防治ASD提供了新的思路与方法.
Abstract
By exploring the specific content of the three spirits theory and extending it to the clinicopathological manifestations of autism spectrum disorder(ASD)to provide ideas for its early management.It is documented that three spirits comprise the vital spirit,consciousness and appetence,each of which has its own role to play in regula-ting the vital activities and mental state of human body that closely related to the onset and clinical manifestations of ASD.Therefore,based on the specific meaning and physiological characteristics of each of the three spirits combine the clinical observation with the analysis of the clinicopathological manifestations of children who has ASD,the early prevention and treatment concept of cultivating the vital spirit,protecting the consciousness and controlling the appe-tence is proposed.The principle of prevention is better than treatment is emphasised at the same time,which can provides new ideas and methods for the clinical prevention and treatment of ASD.
