摘要
史正刚教授基于"态靶因果"理论辨治小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI),将RRTI分为急性期和缓解期,急性期以风、热、痰、食四态为主,分别治以疏风、清热、化痰、消食以祛邪;缓解期以肺、脾、肾三脏虚损态为主,治以健脾益肺兼消食化痰,扶正以祛邪,强调治疗时要把握疾病所处阶段、所在分期,根据具体病证辨为具体的疾病偏态,关注当下之"态",才能抓准核心病机,从而确立证型与治法方药,再用具体的靶方靶药,纠正疾病之偏态,使宏观调态与微观定靶有机结合,以提高临床疗效.附案例1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Professor Shi Zhenggang,based on the theory of"condition-target-cause-result",distinguishes and treats recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTI)in children.RRTI is divided into acute and remission phases,with wind,heat,phlegm,and indigestion as the main four phases in the acute phase.Treatment methods include dis-persing wind,clearing heat,resolving phlegm,and digestion to dispel pathogenic factors.The relief period is mainly characterized by deficiency and damage in the lungs,spleen,and kidneys.Treatment should focus on strengthening the spleen,benefiting the lungs,and reducing digestion and phlegm,as well as strengthening the body to eliminate pathogenic factors,emphasis should be placed on grasping the stage and treatment period of the disease during treat-ment,distinguishing it into specific disease biases based on specific symptoms,paying attention to the current"con-dition",in order to grasp the core pathogenesis,establish syndrome types and treatment methods,and then use spe-cific target prescriptions and drugs to correct the disease's biases,so as to organically combine macroscopic regula-tion with microscopic targeting,and improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.One case is presen-ted for verification.
