摘要
李新民教授重视小儿肝主疏泄的生理功能以及肝常有余的生理特点,认为"肝经枢机不利"是小儿多种疾病的病机,其辨治要点为情绪急躁易怒、大便秘结、舌红苔黄、脉弦等,临证应重视舌脉、情志、二便等四诊合参.李教授用药轻清、药简力专,采用疏肝、柔肝之法,以顺应小儿生理之性.列举小儿慢性咳嗽、小儿过敏性紫癜、小儿抽动障碍3则验案,表明临证时应注重和调肝经枢机,使气机升降开合调畅,恢复其正常疏泄功能,疗效显著,为临床治疗小儿疾病提供了新思路.
Abstract
Professor LI Xinmin attaches great importance to the physiological function of the liver in children,as well as the physiological characteristics of excess liver.He believes that"dysfunction of the liver meridian"is the pathogenesis of various diseases in children.The key points of diagnosis and treatment are emotional impatience and irritability,constipation,tongue redness and yellow coating,and pulse string.In clinical practice,the four diagnostic criteria of tongue pulse,emotion,and bowel movements should be emphasized.Professor LI uses light and clear med-ication,with a simple and specialized approach,to soothe and soften the liver,in order to comply with the physiologi-cal needs of children.List three cases of chronic cough in children,allergic purpura in children,and tic disorders in children,indicating that attention should be paid to and regulation of the liver meridian axis during clinical practice,so as to regulate the opening and closing of the qi movement,restore its normal laxative function,and achieve signifi-cant therapeutic effects.This provides a new approach for the clinical treatment of pediatric diseases.
