摘要
许尤佳教授将小儿肾病综合征分为发作期和缓解期,治疗发作期提出"五段辨证"体系,即将发作期分为5个阶段:表实证阶段、表虚证阶段、湿热互结证阶段、里虚轻证阶段及里虚重证阶段.这5个阶段是一个从表及里、由轻到重、可以相互转变的过程.依照不同的阶段,辨证施药,取得了良好的疗效.附案例1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Professor XU Youjia divides pediatric nephrotic syndrome into two stages:the attack stage and the remission stage.He proposes a"five stage syndrome differentiation"system for treating the attack stage,which di-vides the attack stage into five stages:the stage of superficial excess syndrome,the stage of superficial deficiency syndrome,the stage of damp heat syndrome,the stage of mild internal deficiency syndrome,and the stage of severe internal deficiency syndrome.These 5 stages are a process of transitioning from syndrome of the disease to the cause,from mild to severe,and can be mutually transformed.According to different stages,the treatment of syndrome differ-entiation has achieved good curative effect,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.One case is presen-ted for verification.
